Enlightened Leadership teaches (in our leadership development classes) a concept that we call Personal DNA – a way of looking at the little decisions we make every day. Often these decisions are unconsciously made and limit us.
Ed Oakley discusses how this concept can become a powerful tool for us – personally and in our leadership roles. He also ties it to the factors surrounding the economic challenges we face and the options we have.
