Stephen Covey's quote about our book "Enlightened Leadership" is right on the front cover. I would say it would be very worthwhile to develop your personal 7 habits. For whatever it is worth to you, many people have said the Enlightened Leadership tools and concepts are "the how to of the 7 habits." While there was never that intention, we're honored that many people see that. That tells me that truth is truth, no matter the form. It also suggests the practicality of our work.
