Ed, I like your ideas and the way you connect them to real world issues so much that I might have overlooked the grammatical error by “admin” in the lead in to your video. I hope someone will correct it quickly, because another person who doesn’t know you and your work might feel “Themself” totally erases any credibility you might have. I don’t think any of us want to distinguish ourselves in the negative!
Great spot on the critical human element of service, by the way. Thank you, as always!
