When I am engaged I am growing, feel challenged and have a mentor or boss supporting and guiding my growth. I feel that I am making a difference and am an important part of the goal that is trying to be achieved.
When I am not engaged, there are no goals that I am contributing to and just doing the “job”. There is negative energy coming from my peers and top managment and I do not feel that I am on the same page. The disengagement trickles down and it is very difficult to keep the positive energy flowing.

These are very good points you’re making, Cindy! I suspect many people can relate. Thank you!
