I’m also excited for the video. Leadership is something we really lack in our organization; not because people aren’t willing or capable but because we don’t have very many “natural leaders” who seem born with the skills. This series should be very beneficial to me and to our organization.

I am working with Dr. Zosima A. Pañares on my dissertation on Educational management. Unfortunetely,My title is not approved yet. I really wnated to be a part of the experiment. The videos can be a very helpful aid for my dissertation which I really wanted to focus on Enlighted Leadership.
