		<description>I really like this short video, because it let&#039;s me know at what stage of learning I am at.  I can see that leadership growth is very important to me right now, and that it is worth my time to learn further.  I know of some that are going through times right now where they feel they already have too much on their plate, and like this mini video says, I will respect them for that at this time.  Personally, if I do nothing when they opportunity is given to me, even if I am going through a hard time, it can only benefit me later as I have worked through the hard parts.  Thanks!</description>

An old Irish saying comes to mind as I listen to Ed.
If you steal from from one person it is called plagurism, but if you steal from a whole lot of people that is called research.
