My experience is that the best leaders I have worked for or with have also been great communicators. It is THE prerequisite for being a good leader. And I also agree by understandig the behavioral styles of your peers and staff can only help immensely in being an effective leader. Ken

They are great tools to begin a self-awareness journey. I am a great believer that people can lead with their own style. This is far more authentic than trying to copy other famous leaders.
