Many times the common goal comes from a strong vision set by the leader. The more compelling a vision you can set the more people will want to join you in achieving that vision. A great leader not only sees where he or she wants to go, but he or she has the ability to generate the excitement and energy that will attract others to that goal.

Good luck and make accountability your competitive advantage!

Wow, a concept and focus I don't want to forget. Not only personally, but that I can pass on to coach others through discussion/awareness and helping thime to "ask the right quetions" early on to assist with starting off right to finish right on point. I.E. "What are those right tasks towards meeting the strategic objectives/goals?". I wonder how many I could have saved from failing to meet one of their strategic goals by asking the question upfront and getting individuals to write it down.

Too many in our field are not held acccountable for meeting agreed upon goals.

Thanks!
