		<description>Thanks for the concept.  I think all of us responsible for training have a system, formal or informal, for evaluating the benefit of training.  ROI is a good catch phrase and concept.  I would have liked to heard a little about methodology and not just the concept in the video.

		<description>ROI is always a challenge -- the hardest evaluation to get real numbers for.  I work in municipal government, and profit is not a helpful measurement.  How could we apply the excellent lesson that your guest offered?  I&#039;m wondering what language/questions would help us collect similar data for our soft (critical) skills training.  This is a great addition to your mix of lessons!  Thank you.</description>
