Written Information About the “Leading Change in Difficult Times” is below:
Well, I’m a little embarassed. I received some pretty important
feedback a little while ago that I had not given you enough
information to be clear about whether Leading Change in Difficult
Times fits your needs.

My apologies, and I’d like to do that now, because if this IS
a fit for you and your team, we want you to take advantage
of the one-time offer. If it’s not – then, it won’t matter.

First of all, it is designed for people who have responsibility
for leading teams, organizations or companies through the
challenges of change

– whether the change is related to:
- budget cuts and layoffs
- pains of fast growth
- mergers or acquisitions
- need to change the way you’re doing business
- any and all of these

It is for managers, executives, owners, supervisors – anyone
responsible for the effectiveness and speed of significant change
initiatives – whether forced or designed.

So, let’s talk about the individual modules of the webinar series:

MODULE 1
In Module 1, we’ll be discussing the important distinction between
management and leadership and WHY leadership is so critical
during times of change.

We’ll look at the difference between Change and Transitions and
the critical mistakes managers and executives often make that
stymie the change process and put the people so important to
an effective change effort into a tail-spin.

We’ll look at the organizational systems that are potentially
impacted by change… …and provide checklists for making
sure you’re covering all the important leadership bases.
These checklists will greatly simplify your ability to look at the
complex leadership needs during change and be able to deal
with them effectively one at a time.

We’ll also discuss the THREE phases of Transition and how
they always fit into the change process – regardless of the kind
of change. This transition model will be an important tool to tell
you what leadership actions to take at any point in the change
process.

If you understand this Transition model and how to use it, it
greatly simplifies any change process.

This one module will repay the entire investment for many of you.

Between Modules 1 and 2, there will be a group coaching
session that will allow you to get answers to YOUR specific
questions. This will assure that you’ll be able to apply the
concepts and tools directly to YOUR specific situation.

Let’s face it – knowing this stuff is the booby prize –
applying it is where the real value is.

The Q&A sessions are focused on helping you apply it.

MODULE 2
Let’s discuss Module 2

Module II goes into detail about the first phase of transition –
the Completion phase, or Endings phase, as William Bridges
would call it – for those familiar with his work.

This session addresses the challenges of the early aspects
of any change process and the specific emotional issues that
people go through in trying to hold on to the old ways.

We provide the simple, yet important methods for leading
individuals, teams and organizations through this critical time
and beyond their resistance, fears and concerns.

We look at the specific Effective Questions that become
powerful leadership tools for quickly getting through this stage -
where so many people and organizations get stuck.

We clarify how to kick-start any change process.

Again, we’ll have a group coaching session between the
modules to assure you personalize the concepts, tools, and
strategies.

MODULE 3
Module 3 moves into clarifying what happens during the second
phase of transition – which we call the Twilight Zone.

You’ll quickly understand why we call it the Twilight Zone and why
you must CHANGE the focus of your leadership during this phase
to get through it effectively.

If you don’t make this change in how you lead, people might very
well slip backwards – into the Completion phase again.

Learn what is especially challenging about the Twilight Zone, and
specifically what to do to optimize transition through it – rapidly
and effectively.

We’ll discuss the special opportunities of this phase, and the
NEW tools to accelerate the change process at THIS point –
that would NOT have worked before now.

We’ll introduce the specific kinds of Effective Questions that
optimize transition through the Twilight Zone phase of the
change effort.

MODULE 4
After another personalized coaching session, we’ll move into
Module 4.

Module 4 discusses the particular distinctions of the third phase
of transition… what we call Fully Engaged, because that is
where you want to get your organization – fully engaged in the
new situation – back to full productivity.

We’ll look at how to keep the team or organization focused on
moving forward.

We’ll introduce a big-picture organizational model that makes it
easy for you to do quick reviews of…
…where you are in a change process at any point in time,
…and what you need to focus attention on right NOW.

We’ll provide specific checklists to make this process of
assessing where the organization is SIMPLE and
straightforward.

MODULE 5
Then, after another personalized Q&A call, we’ll move into
Module 5.

Module 5 is about Pulling All the Elements of “Leading Change
in Difficult Times” Together.

We’ll make sure you fully understand the BIG PICTURE issues
and solutions of Leading Change, as well as the specific
approaches for dealing with the day-to-day challenges that
inevitably WILL come up.

In this module, we’ll focus on some of the subtleties of Leading
Change – that can make all the difference in effectiveness.

After Module 5, we’ll have one more coaching session to
answer any final questions or challenges you might have.

Hopefully, that provides a better since of what we’ll be doing
in the Leading Change webinar series.

Remember, our anticipated investment once this inaugural
session is complete…will be $997 plus potential fees for
additional people.

For this one time, we want to make it as easy as possible for
you and your organization to participate – because…

…we want to create some outstanding testimonials!
…we want to help you in this challenging economy.

So, for this first time only for this particular webinar series, the
entire fee is only $497 for a single computer site, And you can
have multiple people involved at no additional charge.

Also, because we failed to provide the important information
about the design of the modules, we are going to extend the
registration date deadline from Friday, the 10th, to Friday the
17th of April.

I do apologize for not providing this information sooner. I’m a
long way from being a pro at this marketing thing…

…and we’re really good at developing leaders.

We hope this has been helpful to you and that you’ll join us for
the webinar series. We’re going to do everything we can to make
it an outstanding value for you – and it’s fully guaranteed!
