More communication. The MMIL Institute site is acting up again. If you get Server Error, try refreshing the browser.

Meanwhile, we've got a team trying to see what is eating up memory and causing the problem.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We appreciate you adventurers and will do our best to "keep the arrows out of your backs." (I apologize if that little phrase is not understandable. I'll try to stay away from comments that only make sense in the US/Canada culture.)

I'm enjoying this little communication we've started here. We'll have to create this on the Making Managers into Leaders Institute site.

I'm going to keep communicating here a bit while we are migrating to that site.

We have members from 7 countries so far in the Institute - Singapore, Australia, US, Canada, Peru, Ireland, & Romania - that's 5 continents. That's awesome, and it means we're going to have interesting timezone issues. We'll try to be as fair as we can, AND you can send in questions ahead of time and get responses by replay or download. Both will be available.

I'm leaning to next Tuesday for the first Group Coaching.

Best to all!

Great question, Jim, and if we had not already decided to record the coaching session, we would now! So, YES, we will record the sessions, AND they will be available for replay within minutes of the completion of the call.

And, Jim, we'll have an easy way for you to ask questions in advance - so it will get a response even if you aren't there.

One of my experiences is that people not only get value from their own questions, but from others' questions as well.

We're going to just pick a day early next week to start. After that we'll ask for input on times, although there is NO time that will suit everyone - as you know. We'll try to please the maximum number of people, though, in future sessions.

Looking forward to it!

Ed, you may have said this but I wonder if the coaching sessions, as part of the institute, will be recorded in case a team can make the call in real time?

Thanks for greating thinking, packaging and pricing.

Thanks for the input, Voss. I think I need to buy a MAC - just so I can see those kinds of things. :-)

Ed, as you know I am a Mac user. You need to be aware of a technical issue. Your right side column is on top of the right side of the video. I tested both Safari 3.1 and Firefox on my laptop and had the same issue on both browsers. It appears to me that the video is larger than the blog space and is being overlayed by right column.
The information and content is excellent, I just can not see the entire video.

Great point, Ed! In fact, I look forward to learning a lot myself from the many perspectives we'll have. Thanks for the comment.

Your use of "like-minded" managers probably refers to a common goal of enhancing our management skills but I am really looking forward to diversity of thought and experience in this Institute rather than managers who think like me.
Great start with a lot of very usable material. I look forward to growing with this Institute.
