Thanks for your comments and questions, William. Seldom is the ideal once extreme side or the other, as in rigid or loose. It is more likely situational.

ISO9001, Malcolm Baldridge, sure they're good, but how they are implemented is the key to success.

You've got your own answer in your last comment, William. Being empowered to be in the now moment and taking those situational actions based on your wisdom is key.

We look forward to working with you!

To lead my organization through a critical period of change would make me feel as if I served my purpose well. When people are calmed and have confidence in my leadership I am very pleased.

Hi...
I am looking forward to learn a lot of this seminar. The videos had a tremendous impact on me about how to lead the change in difficult times. I am from Colombia and I´ve never had listened something so interesting abot this subject!
I´d love to learn about different ways to implement or handle the structure of the company. Must it be rigid or loose? Is ISO 9001 a good structure tool, nowadays? Is Malcom Balridge a good One?
Is it better to create a new and individual one?
I do know that the main thing is the involment of the workforce, but I really do aprecciatte if you talk about this.
I believe that having success in a change situation in my company will develop my empowerment, self-confidence and abilities to buckle down on the now moment, healing the past to creating a new reality.
Thanks...
