is seeking an experienced consultant and department manager.
The Department Manager/Consultant will be responsible for
directing and managing the development, activity, and consultants
for all ELS client projects. This person will also assist
in the development and growth of the organization and its
employees as well as assessing, recommending and implementing
performance solutions for ELS clients.
Our consulting philosophy is: THE CLIENT IS THE EXPERT.
Most of the answers a client needs can be found within
their own organization. Most of our clients are clear about
WHAT they want to do, but need the guidance from us on
HOW best to leverage the resources they have to achieve
the desired results. ELS has developed models and processes
that will help our clients identify HOW to make the biggest
difference in the shortest amount of time.
The Department Manager/Consultant position calls for a
broad range of experience in consulting, as well as a solid
foundation and verifiable experience in management and
leadership. Paramount to this position is the ability to:

- Manage the planning, performance, and execution of multiple
projects.
- The ability to manage and ensure for the development
and performance of all organizational consultants and facilitators.
- The knowledge and ability to collect and assess client
information and rapidly develop solutions.
- The ability to effectively delegate task and skills appropriately
amongst organizational resources.
- Effectively contribute to the leadership and growth of
ELS as an organization.

The Management Consultant role will: |
- Work with the Business Development division
to develop and leverage sales opportunities.
- Establish relationships with clients at
all levels, including C-level.
- Perform the necessary client assessments
and interviews to gain insight into their issues in order
to determine what solutions are the best fit.
- Develop and implement leadership strategies
for clients.
- Be responsible for ensuring complete client
satisfaction.
- Possess the ability to deliver/facilitate
in-house workshops.
- Help develop and document new material and
best practices.

The right candidate will possess all of the following

- Leadership experience in managing people,
and department(s).
- The ability to develop, delegate and follow
up on all projects both internal and external to the organization.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Aggressive, client-focused, self-management
capabilities with the ability to work remotely and in teams.
- Work well in a constantly changing, flexible
environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- Ability to interface with high-level managers,
Presidents, and CEOs.
- High integrity, follow-through, and detail
orientation.

is a plus.
