This working lab on change management combines pre-work and action learning for participants within an organization that are facing the same change. All lessons are focused on their specific situation and working groups are established and given assignments to begin implementing ideas immediately.

This format combines theory and teaching with execution. While learning by doing, participants get to experience the components of change management within the context of their own circumstances.
