A best practice we use at ELS is change teams. It is
not realistic for individuals to own a large change process.
Key stakeholders need to come together to create a team
that is collectively responsible for the results and effectiveness
of the change process. Change teams are not without risk.
Internal politics, silos and strategic alignment can be
significant impediments.
ELS has identified the key components of successful change
teams that can be used to overcome those potential challenges.
We have pioneered approaches that have helped successfully
implement numerous change programs and turned around several
failing or lagging initiatives. |
