Executive Leadership Training & Development

Executive Leadership Training/Development is a critical part of the business leadership training work we do for mid to large-sized organizations, because it is so highly leveraged throughout their organizations.  We have done this work for managers from 67 countries.

This executive leadership training and development can be accomplished offsite in a couple of different ways:

  • Over a period of 6-7 days in the mountains of Colorado or a facility near you away from your offices.
  • Over three months with two days dedicated to these sessions each month.
  • Over 4-12 months with sessions from 1-3 days each until the curriculum is completed in a facility convenient to your operations.

Included in this executive leadership training and development program are:

  • a confidential organizational needs assessment to identify key organizational challenges and focus areas.
  • a series of online personal assessments. These assessments focus on raising awareness of personal skills, motivation hierarchy and behavioral styles.
  • a personal telephone debrief of the assessments prior to group sessions.
  • the one to three-day group interactive learning sessions that utilize the combined experience, knowledge and wisdom in the room and focus on the needs of the organization and individuals.
  • private coaching sessions between classroom sessions when the classes are spread out enough to allow – otherwise, a series of coaching sessions after the group sessions. Either way they are focused on performance improvement specific to each individual.

While we have the ability to modify the curriculum, we have developed a standard curriculum often meeting the needs of today’s changing organizations. Included in the standard curriculum are sessions involving:
