Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) are a collaborative
solution to project development that links primary stakeholders
throughout the lifecycle of a project. Effective IPTs align departments
and functions of an organization or different organizations to
make better decisions faster and work smarter toward common goals
and focus.
In order to maximize the impact of total organizational talent and experience, ELS has developed a series of training sessions that help organizations and their partners:

The IPT workshop teaches leaders and managers how to use adaptable tools and
models in order to more effectively develop and communicate the organization's
purpose. Participants will learn to develop and institute the right processes,
and integrate the right cross section of people in building teams that ensure
organizational success by driving the desired results.
