Rome wasn’t built in a
day. Chances are that significant changes in behavior won’t
happen that fast either. In order to effectively implement a training
solution that includes a large number of learning objectives the
recommended approach is to form a series in which the learners
can participate and return to their jobs to practice those lessons
before coming to the next session. This prevents information overload
and builds a foundation onto which the next lesson is built.
