Customer Service Excellence
Who are your customers? You don’t need to be in retail to have them. For nearly all positions within an organization, there is someone that receives what that person produces – therefore they are customers. Customers can be internal or external and both require customer service.
This workshop presents models on how to best engage and approach a customer so that what they receive is what they need. Skills such as listening, relating, and dealing with challenging customers are all covered in this course.
