Business Developer for Enlightened Leadership Solutions

Enlightened Leadership Solutions, a growing training and consulting firm is seeking a candidate that has the ability to uncover customer needs and match them to training and consulting solutions.

Enlightened Leadership Solutions focuses on implementing solutions and performance strategies in the areas of Leadership & Management Development, Change Management, Integrated Project Teams and Talent & Selection Development. We are looking for individuals experienced in selling these types of training and consulting engagements preferably in the Federal Government, Information Technology and Manufacturing industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell in-house training and customized consulting solutions to various levels of management within medium to large sized organizations across numerous industries
Utilizing primarily an inside sales model, manage a specific geographic territory with identified revenue goals
Secure six-figure consulting contracts with clients that have never purchased from Enlightened Leadership Solutions previously
Expand the current revenue that Enlightened Leadership Solutions receives from existing customers

BACKGROUND

Experience in selling training and consulting services without reliance upon national brand to be successful
Experience in selling six-figure consulting programs is strongly preferred
Experience in consultative selling is required
Inside sales experience within the Federal Government, Information Technology or Manufacturing industries is preferred
