An area that
is sometimes ignored when looking at best practices is the
identification of what is already working in the organization.
Knowledge capture and transfer, as well as the ‘learning
organization’ have become part of our common business
language. What can be difficult is how to capture it in such
a way that you can easily teach it to others.
