Effective Team Communication is a behaviorally-based communication workshop. This workshop is designed to teach people how to communicate more effectively based on a better behavioral understanding of themselves and others. The workshop incorporates a behavioral assessment to determine each participant's natural behavior. There is a clear recognition that every basic behavioral style has both strengths and limitations.

Employees learn how to interact and appreciate the different behavioral styles within the organization. Increased communication is noticed immediately after the workshop.

Effective communication stems from the right combination of tone of voice, words, body language, and pace of speech and actions.

The blend of these four areas is a key component of a person's natural behavioral style. We need to adapt our behavior in order to communicate effectively with others.
