Built on the key accountabilities of the position, this report is generated by input from up to ten people who are well versed with the job being benchmarked. It is part of the TriMetrix System . The profile establishes a clear model of the characteristics of the job needs with respect to 37 factors, including: Personal Competencies/Attributes, Rewards/Motivation, and Behaviors. These factors predict the candidate's success in the role. The entire benchmarking process is only three to four hours long and includes a 30 minute online assessment as well as discussion time before and after the assessment.
