Communication Team Building is a behaviorally-based communication workshop. This workshop is designed to teach people how to communicate more effectively based on a better behavioral understanding of themselves and others. The workshop incorporates a behavioral assessment to determine each participant's natural behavior. There is a clear recognition that every basic behavioral style has both strengths and limitations.
