Many times an organization will have policies, procedures or structures in place that are not aligned with the strategy or direction in which the organization wants to move. Implementing a program or conducting a workshop without accounting for these factors can diminish the impact of the program or workshop.

An organizational needs analysis identifies the things in an organization that can dilute the effectiveness of a training or development program – it will define ‘how’ the organization can resolve the underlying root causes that are hindering performance. Once they have been identified, recommendations are made to align them with the strategy or to tailor our approach to integrate them.
