People learn in a variety of ways. Some prefer interaction and others introspection, some prefer studying and others solving. Knowing the right medium(s) to use with participants will increase their ability to retain the information.

ELS assesses learners with a tool that identifies seven different styles of learning. Using this information, we facilitate content in ways that utilize the predominant learning styles for each group of participants.
