Content is a significant factor in multiple areas of strengthening adult learning. Establishing the right learning objectives means the difference between a captive audience and a group of impatient people just biding their time in class.

Adult learners need to have input to their curriculum in order to maximize their retention. ELS goes steps beyond the training participant level and requests insight on the curriculum from a variety of others in the organization such as the direct reports of the participants as well as the people to which the participants report.
