This profile, also part of the TriMetrix System, assesses
the talents of the candidate based on the 37 factor Job
Benchmark Profile. It looks at HOW the candidate would
expect to behave, or take action. It reports WHY the person
would be motivated, or NOT motivated, to do a job. It quantifies
the capabilities the candidate has in twenty-three different
personal competencies or attributes. This part of the report
determines WHAT a candidate can do effectively. The combination
of the three areas reported establish the critical characteristics
of HOW the candidate will behave, WHY the candidate will
be motivated and WHAT the candidate can do well. When you
